Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at eten.bible (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Every Tribe Every Nation (ETEN) is a Collective Impact alliance of Bible translation organizations, resource partners, and leaders working together to accelerate access to Scripture worldwide. ETEN is not a single legal entity, it is a collaborative alliance. The Site is operated on behalf of the Alliance by Mission Mutual, its backbone operations partner, and its designated service providers. In these Terms, “ETEN,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to the Alliance and those who operate the Site on its behalf.

You may use this Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to the Site
Use the Site to transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable material
Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or the servers and networks that host it
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without our prior written permission
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting information through the Site

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, page design, and the overall look and feel, is the property of Every Tribe Every Nation, its alliance partners, or their respective licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The ETEN name and logo and all related marks are trademarks or service marks of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission from ETEN, except for:
Sharing links to the Site
Downloading or printing content for personal, non-commercial use
Uses otherwise permitted by applicable law

User-Submitted Content

When you submit information through our contact form or other features on the Site, you grant ETEN the right to use that information to respond to your inquiry and for related operational purposes. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETEN, its alliance partners, and its service providers (including Mission Mutual and its contractors, agents, and personnel) disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:
– The Site will be available at all times or free from interruption
– The Site will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components
– The content on the Site is complete, accurate, or up to date

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ETEN, its alliance member organizations, its backbone operations partner (Mission Mutual), and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if any of the above parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the total liability of ETEN and the parties described above exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Every Tribe Every Nation, its alliance member organizations, Mission Mutual, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
– Your use of the Site
– Your violation of these Terms of Use
– Your violation of any rights of a third party
– Any content you submit through the Site

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ETEN regarding your use of the Site.
